11. This was to show God’s righteousness. Rom. 3:25 ESV

God sacrificed Jesus on the altar of the world to clear that world of sin. (MSG)

Jesus’ blood became the demonstration of God’s own restorative justice. Voice

All of this confirms His faithfulness to the promise (Voice) as He held back punishment 

Because God held back judgment for sin through all the years before Jesus’ sacrifice, we can have confidence that He justifies those who have faith in Jesus today. 

12. God makes right those who trust and commit themselves to Jesus.

Because I have faith in the sacrifice Jesus made on my behalf, I am free from the penalty of sin. 

God keeps His promises. 

Everyone needs to know about Jesus’ extravagant gift of love—my family, my friends, my neighbors, and the people I bump into each day.
